According to the law for “establishment of civil development projects of road and transportation sector through participation of banks and other financial and monetary resources of the country “of the Islamic Republic of Iran and under the law and regulations concerning the Foreign Investment Promotion and Protection Act (FIPPA), Imam Khomeini Airport City Company (IKAC Co.)intends to develop a new Passenger Terminal (Iranshahr Terminal) by a Capacity of 25MAP in Imam Khomeini International Airport (IKIA),Tehran, Iran on Public Private Partnership (P.P.P) terms of Build , Operation and Transfer (B.O.T) or Build, Lease and Transfer (B.L.T) basis ,by way of an open International Competitive Bidding. IKAC Co. will select eligible investor(s) with sound financial capabilities to whom the authorization to design, finance, construct, operation (lease) and transfer of the Iranshahr Terminal shall be granted. At the end of the Authorization Period, the Project shall be transferred to IKAC Co. without any other compensation.

IKAC Co. invites interested applicants for an “Investors Conference” in 30 January 2017 in Tehran, Iran where further information about the project will be presented. The pre-qualification procedure is expected to start in February 2017.
